Shipping & Returns
Due to COVID-19 and higher than normal order volume, in-stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship on the date listed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together/complete. Partial orders are shipped at our discretion and can be shipped at your request (additional shipping charges may apply). For urgent or overnight orders, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rush your shipment.
We ship using USPS, UPS and DHL for our Domestic and International Customers. Your shipping cost is based on your order weight and dimensions as well as the shipping method you select. Once you receive shipping notification, your order will ship according to the method of shipping (and estimated shipping time that you select).
Please note: all international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

All shipping methods are subject to changes, delays and additional fees per the carrier’s discretion and/or policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and please include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, and will be noted "Final Sale" in the product description. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (approximately 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
